• Responsible group or function
  Enter the name of the department or function within your organisation responsible for personal data processing, for example the Data Protection Team, the Legal Department or the IT Security Team.
• Telephone number of the responsible function
  Please provide a direct telephone number of the department or function that handles personal data issues. If a specific telephone number is not available, please provide the company switchboard number.
