Denmark
Domestic letters
Destination address
- All characters must be of the same font and size
- There can not be any text, numbers or markings that do not belong to the address in the address window
Return address
- Dannish letters has to have a Dannish return address.
- In order to avoid disturbances in electronic sorting systems you need to format your return adress in the following manner:
Addressee name or company name, Street with number, Postal code Postal town, Country - Try to avoid breaking up postal return addresses on multiple lines.
Foreign letters
Destination address
- Must contain a complete address including the name of the country in Dannish and/or English on an extra, separate line below the address.
Return address
- A return adress is mandatory.
- The return address must be a Dannish address.
Format
- Approved fonts: Courier, Arial or Universe in point size 10-12 or Times New Novel in point size 12.
- Don’t use bold, underlining or italics.
- The address should have a straight left margin with the address lines underneath each other
- Line spacing should be 1 or 1.5. All lines must have the same distance.
- No empty lines in the address, nor empty lines containing junk characters
- Both recipient window and return window must have a white background and contain only address information

- Information about property, stairs and the apartment numbers/characters should be seperated with spaces (eg 1 A 1).
- Write the postcode without spaces (eg 00100 not
001 00). - There can not be any text, numbers or markings that do not belong to the address in the address window
Return address
- A return adress is mandatory.
- Finnish letters has to have a Finnish return address.
Foreign letters

- Must contain a complete address including the name of the country in Finnish and/or English on an extra, separate line below the address.

- The address must always consist of at least 2 lines
- Customer number, EA (electronic address update) and similar customer identification must always appear at the top of the address field
- There can not be any text, numbers or markings that do not belong to the address in the address window
Return address
- A return adress is mandatory.
- The return address must be a Norweigan address and is recommended to be written in one line with the following elements: <keyword>: <name>, <street with number or post box>, <postcode>, <posttown>. For example:
Returadresse: 21 Grams AS, Postboks 19 Årvoll, 0515 Oslo - Approved keywords for prefix before return address: “Avsender”, “Retur”, “Returadresse”, “Fra/From”, “Returadr”, “Sender”, “Retur Adr” or “Return to”.

- Must contain a complete address including the name of the country in in Norwegian and/or English on an extra, separate line below the address.
- If you are sending letters to countries that use postcodes with only numbers, as in Norway, you must also write the country code. This is written first on the line containing the postal code and city, followed by a hyphen. For exampel:

- Use font size 10-12
- The entire address must contain the same style, i.e. do not mix bold and italics if these are used
- The address should have a straight left margin with the address lines underneath each other
- Use Norwegian characters, i.e. not Swedish replacement characters
- Line spacing should be 1 or 1.5. All lines must have the same line spacing
- No empty lines in the address, nor empty lines containing junk characters
- Both recipient window and return window must have a white background and contain only address information.

- Must contain a correct Swedish address – nothing else can be visible in the window.
- There can not be any text, numbers or markings that do not belong to the address in the address window
Return address
- A return adress is mandatory.
- The return address must be a Swedish address.
Foreign letters

- Must contain a complete address including the name of the country in Swedish and/or English.
- If there is a postal code – you can use a standardized country code as a prefix with a hyphen in front

- A return adress is mandatory.
- The return address must be a Swedish address.
Format
- Approved fonts: Arial (sans serif), Verdana, Courier & Times New Romana
- Use font size 10-12 points
- Use a straight left margin
- Do not use blank lines
- Line spacing should be 1 or 1.5. All lines must have the same line spacing
- No empty lines in the address, nor empty lines containing junk characters
- Both recipient window and return window must have a white background and contain only address information.
